Nesma Herky and she is, what I think people would call, a melting pot of artistic traditions and voices. Not only is she is a singer, a song writer and a composer she is also a fine arts graduate with a major in oil painting, but why stop there? she is also a student of the great opera singer "Nevin Alouba", attended workshops with Sheikh "Zain Mahmoud" and the Grammy award winner "Fathy Salama" mixing classical, contemporary and local music into her repertoire. Those with a keen ear will be able to discern her Nubian heritage from her music and notice how she mixes it with Egyptian oriental 20th century influences alongside jazz and blues music. She participated in "Fabrica Musical Theater", collaborated with plenty of musicians and singers like; Hisham Kharma, Cairokee, Hany El Dakaak, Hany Adel, Bushra, Hanan Mady and many more.
نسمة هركي و هي شخص الناس ممكن تقول عليه وعاء انصهار للأصوات و للتقاليد الفنية. هي مش بس مغنية وكاتبة أغاني وملحنة ، بل هي أيضًا خريجة فنون جميلة مع تخصص في الرسم الزيتي ، ولكن توقف هنا ليه؟ هي ايضاً من طلاب مغنية الأوبرا العظيمة نيفين علوية، و حضرت ورش مع الشيخ زين محمود، و فتحي سلامة الحائز علي جرامي، نسمة بتقدم خليط مبهر بين الموسيقى الكلاسيكية، المعاصرة والمحلية من مزيكتها تقدر تميز تراثها النوبي و يلاحظوا ازاي هي بتمزجها مع مزيكا القرن العشرين المصرية الشرقية إلى جانب موسيقى الجاز والبلوز. نسمة ايضاً شاركت في Fabrica Musical Theater وتعاونت مع العديد من الموسيقيين و المغنيين زي كايروكي، هشام خرما، بشري، هاني الدقاق، هاني عادل والمزيد.
